In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the ayo89 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ayo89 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and deposits returned at ayo89's discretion after deducting any winnings derived from play.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. ayo89 is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Players accessing from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts may not register or use the platform.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on ayo89. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Behalf: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

To access the full range of ayo89 Services, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

All financial transactions on ayo89 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform does not apply currency conversion fees or hidden spreads. The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

ayo89 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement). The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Credits and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Players who have completed account registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit. Players who have previously self-excluded or placed themselves on a cooling-off period are not eligible to claim promotional offers during that period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically trigger a new bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, a maximum bet limit per spin or per round applies as stated in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus Credits that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
• Abuse: ayo89 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines — in its reasonable judgment — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine play intent.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the ayo89 platform, across all products including casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, crash games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery):

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ayo89 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity documents during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that simulates human play or exploits game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider-information betting, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with wagers placed on ayo89.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage at live dealer tables or poker-format games.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to process funds of unlawful origin.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ayo89 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the ayo89 platform or its infrastructure beyond your own registered Account.

ayo89 is required to verify the identity of its Players before processing withdrawal requests and at other intervals deemed necessary for compliance purposes. The KYC process requires Players to submit the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). The document must be current and show your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals is registered in your own name. This may include a screenshot of your banking app showing your name and account number.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ayo89 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any ayo89 content; use any ayo89 trademark or branding in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by ayo89; or use automated means to access or interact with the platform in a way that exceeds normal human usage patterns.

Game content displayed on ayo89 remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and others) and is licensed to ayo89 for display on the platform. Players acquire no ownership rights in game content by virtue of playing on ayo89.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ayo89 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, even if ayo89 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or system downtime, including any losses resulting from an inability to place a wager during a period of unavailability.
• Actions taken by ayo89 in good-faith compliance with applicable laws, regulatory guidance, or a court order, including account suspension or fund withholding.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional content, where such information contains a bona fide typographical or technical error that ayo89 corrects promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms limits ayo89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where ayo89 is found liable for any claim arising from these Terms, its total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ayo89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ayo89 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the ayo89 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied by ayo89's licensing jurisdiction.
